Data Board

Find out how to display statistics on your Promyze instance !
In order to help you to have a better idea on how Promyze is used, we implement a Data Board. It is available in your profile submenu :
The Data Board is divided in three major categories :

Practices and examples

If you have enough data, this section might look like this :
Here we have divided it into three sub-sections :
  • Practices: You can see the total number of practices created and practices viewed with a histogram of practices created by month.
  • Categories: Two arrays show the Top-10 categories used when creating practices. The difference is the time interval, the second keeps only the last 30 days.
  • Examples : Here there are the total number of examples created with the histogram associated, and a pie to show the ratio between positive/negative examples.

Workshops

If you have enough data, this section might look like this :
Here you can find the same statistics for both Workshops and Discovery Workshops. You have the total of workshops done and a histogram since the beginning by month.

Suggestions

If you have enough data, this section might look like this :
First, you have global statistics on the suggestions. You have the count of suggestions done in global, in a Web browser, or with an IDE plugin. You also see a pie showing the ratio between the positive/negative suggestions sent to users.
Then, you have arrays showing the Top-10 practices/categories in positive or negative sent to users in the last month, from two months ago and three months ago.
Those data are displayed for all spaces by default, but you can select which space you want to explore in the top right corner.
